As our Regions open Fall MY23, some are confused by the lack of an invitation from Sterling for another Background Check.  Since many of our volunteers just had a BGC completed for a (very) recent Spring MY22, they will not need to be background checked again for one calendar year. 

Recall: Background Check is no longer tied to Membership Year.

The system will allow them to renew a BGC 30 days early (at 11 months), and will not prevent them from printing rosters or activating teams for 90 days (grace period) after expiration.  They will receive an email reminder to renew as they approach expiration.
